We listen to consultation

Whether you are working in the public, private or voluntary sector, you may come across a project or scheme that could benefit from more input from young people. Force-7 will work with you to develop a tailored youth engagement strategy that takes advantage of the variety of consultation vehicles available.

We work hard to ensure that any activity we undertake is accessible to young people of all backgrounds, abilities and cultures, including hard to reach groups and those disengaged with the work you are consulting on.

This can take many forms ranging from school road shows to consultation events,  online workshops and street engagement. All are delivered on a peer-to-peer level by our trained team of facilitators, with an output focused on establishing an effective and long lasting two-way dialogue between your organisation and the younger generation.

  • Creating a new vision for Endike Primary School

It's not easy to break decades of tradition in the architecture of school establishments, but we did it! This visionary design for Endike Primary School brings together an architect's willingness to challenge boundaries, our work to capture the imagination of primary school pupils and translating it into a workable output specification.

  • Groundworks take on East Park

When leading environmental regeneration charity Groundworks were asked to tackle a consultation around the best use of East Park they brought on board Force-7 to facilitate the face-to-face element of the consultation. We made sure the views of a range of teenagers and park users were captured and relayed in the findings.

  • K2G - Improving our health

‘Improving Our Health’ was a joint partnership initiative set up between Haxby Medical Group and K2G Consulting, to explore ways in which to enhance innovation in clinical practises when tackling health inequalities amongst young people in low socio-economic areas. Force-7 was called upon to facilitate this consultation and report back to stakeholders.

  • Kings Park Primary School

We're making a bit of a habit of helping communities engage in the developments of new primary schools. Our team produced consultation materials to showcase the benefits of a potential new primary school planned for the centre of a thriving local community.

  • myplace

With the Government making spending cuts left, right and centre; there is a growing need to showcase the potential outputs of a project by developing it in partnership with young people. Our team facilitated the consultation for a £7m city centre youth facility planned under the Government's myplace scheme.

  • Northern Academy

Although Academy's may appear to be the latest buzz word, we've been working on Academy projects for just over 3 years. Northern Academy was one of our first and by working with the local community, primary school children and young people we developed a strong platform of evidence that has supported its progress through planning.
